under stress...

Last week Monday went well, but Wednesday was a little crazy. I think the pressure of trying to finish a patient in one appointment is what made me so frustrated and stressed. Today I am planning on finishing up my pt from last week in only an hour and a half and then I am having a new pt coming in later to start working on them. I hope I can achieve everything I am planning to do today and not stress myself out too much.
